The camera is really.. love.
This post is gonna come in handy for the men. Sooo listen up boys! Actually, FOR ALL LAHHH CAN! Girls, can buy for your friends or mummies also. ❤
And sooo, yesterday, I came home to a super sweet surprise. I had balloons, flowers and a sweet looking box (nope, not the blue one haha!) waiting for me. For a wild second, I thought Fausie prepared all these for me, but waittt… he no like giving me flowers that man. So nope, not him. Heh.
As a pre-school educator, I always, always try my best to engage children in activities that doesn’t involve any form of technology. (Yesss, yesss, I am sometimes guilty of offering my iPad to my nephew. But hey, it’s choked full of educational games, I made sure of it. But yes it’s not right and I am minimising it alreaddddyyyy.. 😛 And that one, I’m being a doting auntie. Hee.)
Anyway, I don’t know about you but I grew up loving books. Of course, it helped greatly that we don’t have iPads and iPhones and all those fancy gadgets whilst growing up. But we did have Nitendo and Gamboy (non 90’s kids, please google.) but I preferred reading anyways so yea. I remembered going to the library and burying my nose in my own world of fantasy for hours and hours. It was utter magic. 🙂
So last week, the sweet of people over at Leia Iman (even the brand name is pretty kan!) sent me these non-black pieces. (Ya, all got brainwashed by my husband ordy… warrgh!)
And so I opened the package lahh, and boy was I impressed. They took such great care in packaging their products that even their tape had their brand-name. IMPRESSIVE OR WHAT. I tell you ah, in all my years of online shopping (oops! hehe), I nehhh encounter any online shops who have their own tape. YOU WIN AH LEIA IMAN.
Thank you hot mamas of StudioFrost for sending over these pretty things! So hard for me to find clothes that actually erm, is long enough for me. Most times, it becomes singkat (erm, short?) when I put on my platforms. Booohooo. SOOO, these are GOD-SENT so yay!
This year, we had the honour of working with our favourite designer again, wooohoooo!
I was very curious to see what he came up for us this year, and wondered.. and wondered.. what would the genuis come up with to top last year’s outfit.
And he came out with this …
This year’s outfits is loveeeee!
Needless to say, I was smitten. In love. over the moon with my bajuuu. YES!
Thanks Shah, you know we love you. ❤ It was so effortless to pull of this baju. It’s so beautiful, and I feel that I didn’t do justice to it.
All I did was pair it with a simple chiffon tudung.
Plus point; super cooling material, and that means a less grumpier me. HA HA. ( Fauzie enjoyed that! :P) and yes, Alhamdulillah for all the compliments for the outfits. Like we say, all credits to our awesome friend. 🙂
Ok nah, some more pictures out of the gazillion we took. Okbye.
and to the rest, I hope it’s not too late to wish you guys a blessed Eid Mubarak! Enjoy the festivities!

Just a few days ago, I wrote about the loss of lives from the #Sabahquake and how much it affected me , even though I knew none of them personally. I never thought that I would receive another shocking, and heartbreaking news again so soon.
The past few days have been emotional for me.
First, on finding out that an earthquake struck Sabah. The very place we were at exactly a week ago. We were thankful and blessed that we were back safe in our lil’ country. However, at the same time, I felt a certain kind of pain for the people of Sabah, the wonderful and warm Sabahans. I grew fond of that place even though we were there only for a few days. It’s mostly coz of the people. We love them. They are so jolly and smiley all the time.
